Hours:During normal working hours the lab should be occupied by a MIT.
If you need to work with a different machine while on the phone with the user, extension 4907 is available to transfer calls to. Put the customer on hold, dial 4907, then transfer.
The process should be reversed when returning to your extension and cube.
