With the correct drive path selected to find Disk3 press the "Continue" button.

The HP SCSI adapter will now be listed as the Symbios Logic 400a (HP version) SCSI Host Ada... (Not Started).

Note: This is an example only the location of Disk3 may vary from one machine to another. So determine the correct drive.
