Handle With Care Project has one sole mission: to fight human trafficking through the arts.

Handle With Care Project is a non-profit organization that takes a stand against injustice. We want to be a voice to the voiceless and help rescue those that are held captive.

Why? Because every 30 seconds a child is trafficked.
Sex trafficking has become a global issue and is one of the most widespread crimes against the human race. We often hear about human trafficking in other countries, such as Thailand and Cambodia, but unfortunately it's not just a problem overseas. It's become an increasing issue here in America. American girls are being abducted and lured into prostitution and porn industries as sex slaves every day. The average age of children going into pornography and prostitution in the US is said to be around 13 years of age (FBI). Over 300,000 American children are trafficked in the United States.Yet, there's no where to send them once they're rescued!

It's time to awaken America to this growing epidemic happening in our own backyards.
That's what Handle With Care is all about! The idea behind the project is to raise awareness of human slavery through the arts. We are gathering a collective of artists, musicians, photographers, poets and dancers to produce or contribute material towards the subject matter of slavery, and all that it entails.

Our goal is to bring the therapeutic and healing power of art & music to the rescued girls. Creative outlets promote abstract thinking, and offers escape from the torment of previous trauma and abuse. This helps by giving them a hopeful future and breaks the cycle of going back to prostitution. We have formed a mentorship program where our teachers will offer a wide variety of artistic lessons. With the help of music, art, poetry and other creative channels we believe these girls will never be the same!

Handle With Care Project is expanding its outreach!

Not only are we working to raise awareness of human slavery, we're getting our hands dirty! Literally! We are proud to work with Refuge City and Traffick911, two local Dallas organizations made up of passionate people who are fighting to put an end to the selling and buying of American children and women. They work to raise awareness, to rescue victims and provide a safe place where children and women can receive healing and love.

Traffick911 has built a safe house right here in Texas, "The Triumph House". Handle With Care is proud to adopt the walls in this new upcoming facility, and provide a creative and warm environment for the girls to live in.

We are called to be advocates!
As artists, we have been given the power to captivate hearts in a single sound, and scream without speaking a word. You have the ability to influence and move others to action. We are all called to take a stand for the girls who cannot stand up for themselves, through our talents.
